SHIPPING POLICIES:

We ship UPS and USPS.

DELIVERY: Most orders will go out within two to seven days of receipt. A
physical address is necessary for delivery.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: We pack every item as carefully as possible, but
occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain
all original packing material and notify us immediately by calling the
number below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cockeysville
Country Store. If you're not, return your order within 14 days for an
exchange, or refund. Please insure any returned packages. We regret that
shipping charges are not refundable. Special order items and sale
items are not returnable. All items must have original wrapping intact in order to be returned. All returned items must be in saleable condition for refund to be issued.
