SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship UPS and USPS. DELIVERY: Most orders will go out within two to seven days of receipt. A physical address is necessary for delivery. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If you're not, return your order within 14 days for an exchange, or refund. Please insure any returned packages. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. Special order items and sale items are not returnable. Deposits on all custom order furniture are not refundable. All items must have original wrapping intact in order to be returned. All returned items must be in saleable condition for refund to be issued.
